Easy
Circular: no, but you can catch the bus back
Duration: about 3h.
Distance: 9.60 km.
One of our favourite walks, this one takes in Sóller and charming little Deia and enjoys sea views most of the way. It starts opposite the petrol station on the main Soller-Port road and is well signposted all the way. The first 20 minutes is a bit of an uphill hike but the rest is a gently rolling walk through olives and pines. Halfway there, make sure to stop at the large country house Can Prohom where they serve drinks and cakes. Towards the end, when you reach the main traffic road, you can take it directly into Deia or meander further on the other side of the main road along the old trail before winding back into town. Or you might want to head straight down to the beautiful cove for a swim, food and drinks. Catch the bus back to Sóller. But in high season get there early as it can get full and leave you stranded. Timetable here.
